Our appointments are by reservation only, allowing us to provide every client with a personalized boutique experience and the dedicated time needed for thoughtful consultations and expert fittings.

Preparing for you appointment
We’re looking forward to welcoming you to Fitted Stitches! To help make your appointment as productive as possible, please review the following reminders before you arrive.
What to Bring
Bridal Gown Pinning
- Wedding gown
- Wedding shoes
- Shapewear and undergarments
- Any accessories you plan to wear, including your veil or jewelry
Formalwear & Prom Pinning
- Garment(s)
- Shoes
- Shapewear or undergarments
- Any accessories that may affect the fit
Suit Tailoring
- Suit, tuxedo, or garment
- Dress shoes
- Dress shirt and any items you plan to wear with the suit
Helpful Reminders
- Appointments are by reservation only.
- Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- Bridal appointments may include up to four guests.
- Wearing the same shoes and undergarments to each fitting helps ensure the most accurate fit.
- If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.
Booking & Payment Information
Because we reserve dedicated appointment times and maintain a limited number of alteration openings each week, a one-time, non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your place on our schedule.
Booking Fees for first appointment
- Bridal Gown Pinning: $50
- Formalwear Pinning: $20
- Prom Pinning: $20
- Suit Tailoring: $20
- Bridal Consultation: Complimentary
Please Note: A booking fee reserves your appointment time only and is not a deposit toward alteration services.
During your first fitting, we’ll discuss your alteration goals, provide an estimated investment, and review your project timeline. Once your estimate has been approved, 50% of the estimated alteration cost is due before work begins, with the remaining balance due at your final pickup.
If additional alterations are requested after your original estimate has been approved, payment for those additions is due when they are added to your work order.

What happens next?
1. Reserve Your Appointment
Choose the appointment type that best fits your needs and submit your preferred date and time through our online scheduler.
2. Confirming your Appointment
We’ll review your appointment request to ensure we can accommodate your project within our schedule and recommended timeline. If your request is approved, your appointment will be confirmed and your booking fee will be processed at that time. If we’re unable to accommodate your request, your booking fee will not be charged, and we’ll contact you to discuss alternative options whenever possible.
3. Complete Your Client Paperwork
Once your appointment has been confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your alterations contract and any required paperwork. Please complete these forms before your appointment to help your visit run smoothly.
4. Appointment Confirmation & Reminders
You’ll receive a confirmation email after your appointment has been approved, along with reminder emails as your appointment date approaches.

Send us your Gown Photos
To help us prepare for your fitting, we kindly ask that you email or message us a photo of your gown along with your name whenever possible. You are welcome to go ahead and schedule your appointment below, and you do not need to send photos prior to booking. We’re always happy to answer any questions before you schedule.
Reviewing gown photos allows us to better understand the details of your dress and ensure we reserve the appropriate amount of time and care for your fitting. If we’re unable to approve your appointment due to availability, we’re happy to share a list of trusted local alteration specialists who may be able to assist.
